Enjoying where I work
Pros
During my all almost 17 years at DAT I Have been able to gain new responsibilities that have allowed me to progress in my career and knowledge. They have open many doors for me to expand job duties and knowledge. I feel I have flourished in who I am as person and coworker because of the culture and management. I feel like we are a large family with great team work . We all work together to resolve issues and the work culture is like a family. We share highs and lows with each other with work and personal. Silly but Lunch Trucks are a great fun and a benefit.
Cons
It's gonna sound bad but I really don't have anything bad but the occasional working late. But honestly it happens and is occasional. Sometimes deadlines come and you need to meet them.
