      Struggling Company, Posting their own Fake 5* Reviews

      Pros

      Many of the employees are good hard working people. There are pockets of good culture here. Profitable company with a descent handle on the market.

      Cons

      This company is really struggling with their strategic direction. This is causing them to panic and behave in a reactive manner, letting go of long-term employees, consistently, over the course of several years and making other rash reorg decisions without thinking through the implications or a plan. The fact that they are resorting to posting embarrassingly obvious, fallacious, five star reviews on top of their reactive measures to “fix” things illustrates their lack of understanding that the issues are systemic.

      This place has become such a pathetic joke

      Pros

      Nothing really once Jubitz sold the company to Transcore, who then were bought by Roper. The entire place went downhill after 2001 and just got worse and worse.

      Cons

      So many to list. Management that does not care at all about their employees--especially the long term ones. Crappy 3% raise most years. Boring holiday party downtown. HR only nice to the managers and big wigs. Everyone else was just a replaceable number--even if you had been a loyal employee for 15+ years. Every couple months they have a mass execution of the long term employees that are 50 and over. Just got rid of 2 more last week. Horrible horrible place to work.

      Pros

      Great employees, collaboration and company vision. Company invests in their employees' happiness and well-being. New, modern facility and technology. New hire onboarding process was outstanding.

      Cons

      I haven't encountered any cons.
