Pros

Great work/life balance, people are smart and fun to work with, plenty of autonomy and opportunities for creativity. Good amount of vacation time.

Cons

No track for growth as an engineer if you don't want to manage people. Management doesn't seem to consider employee's career goals - just moves people around to fill gaps without considering if that would be good for the employee. Benefits aren't great, no bonuses or profit sharing.

The company itself has a lot of perks like free lunches twice a month, social get togethers and other team building activities.

Cons

The customer support section is poorly managed and employees dont tend to stay. There are some people that have been there a long time but most are gone in about a year. They also will prevent employees from moving up or to other departments.
