      Terrible Company To Work For! Full Of Liars

      Pros

      The benefits (Medical, dental and vision) are decent.

      Cons

      They don't care about employees. All they care about are metrics and numbers. People are only as good as how much money they can produce. They run people in the the ground and expect more than is humanly possible. They encourage their employees to lie and be shady and get candidates numbers as low as they can so they can make an extra buck at any cost. There is no room for growth or advancement. They don't bring in new clients. If you're not in the inner circle, you're nothing. And even if you are, you still might bet fired because the company is volatile. They have no loyalty to anyone. The CEO is not in touch with his employees. He talks at them not to them. He walks around like he's a God that everyone should bow down to. Time off is terrible. Employees work every holiday that is not required off by law. Commission structure for the sales and recruiting team is laughable and not up to industry standards. There is no training. Management does nothing to assist or help the employees grow or stay with current trends.

While no organization is perfect, we at DATA Inc. are committed to continuously working towards improving our employee training methods, staying ahead of workplace trends, and reviewing and revising our policies in order to ensure our employees have room for growth and a satisfied work environment. That being said, we wish this person well in future endeavors that might be better suited for his or her talents. We have been fortunate, that in our over 35-year existence, we have had continued success with our team members and the steady work environment. However, we do not rest on our laurels and always try to improve.       Excellent company with lots of opportunities for career growth

      Pros

      I joined Data Inc’s India office early this year. The company has a very flexible & honest approach in the way they operate. DI is on the growth path and is not shy in taking hard / required steps to shape up according to the industry. The company has been very stable & successful for last 20+ years in Onshore and now started expanding it’s wings in offshore which means a lot of growth opportunities for us as it grows. DI has a very friendly environment, the management, HR, Finance groups are very cooperative & supportive and consider employees as humans first. Very satisfied that I joined the organization and looking forward for a longer association with the company and be a part of success story.

      Poor business practices with very limited growth potential

      Pros

      Industry standard benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent, out of touch with the industry, and in some cases has no experience with IT consulting. Upward growth is virtually impossible as there is a very flat management structure. Training is not provided. Pure body shop mentality and very bottom line driven. Profits are not reinvested into the company and new offerings are non existent.
