We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience with us was not positive. We always welcome constructive feedback and endeavour to be a better organization every day. That’s the reason we have customers and employees who have stayed with us for decades.
We take great pride in our “open door” policy of instantly addressing any employee concerns brought to our attention, and are saddened that someone has posted what he or she feels was not positive work experience. While no organization is perfect, we at DATA Inc. are committed to continuously working towards improving our employee training methods, staying ahead of workplace trends, and reviewing and revising our policies in order to ensure our employees have room for growth and a satisfied work environment. That being said, we wish this person well in future endeavors that might be better suited for his or her talents.
We have been fortunate, that in our over 35-year existence, we have had continued success with our team members and the steady work environment. However, we do not rest on our laurels and always try to improve. Consistent with this philosophy, we welcome genuine and constructive criticism so that our clients and our employees (our most precious asset) can be best served.
