Toxic environment with poor treatment of employees

Pros

The pros at Datamark have changed drastically, the leadership and the toxic environment has people in a panic and the control one person has to ruin lives is overlooked. Sinking ship.

Cons

PTO, lack of feeling secure in your role, poor treatment of employees. Zero flexibility for any type of remote or hybrid, when every job could be done offsite it is about control.

Supportive coworkers, but raises are long overdue

Pros

Coworkers are great. They help out if they are not bogged down. Supervisors will work with you if you're falling behind or you need certain days off.

Cons

No raise in over 3 yrs. Standards constantly changing where if you're able to bonus, its hardly anything now.
