Pros

Good interview process, recruiter found me and we discussed the role. She was fast and asked for feedback about her call and the company. Salary was lacking standard rate. Overall benefits were ok torn off policy was lacking ample time off for salary roles. Overall good company just couldn’t take that pay cut

Cons

Salary was too low for the role I am currently in and there was no room to negotiate

Good interview, recruiter was professional and followed up with details about the role and process for interviewing. She sold me on the company, I read some of the reviews and she exceeded my expectations on the company processes and the future plans and how I could be a part of the team

Cons

Salary was a bit low for the role and there is no flexibility for hybrid.

Pros

The only pro of this job is the lack of customer service, and one or two great managers.

Cons

This company does not value its workers. They strive to take advantage of their best employees by spreading them as thin as they can go with no additional compensation for extra work. They often change production standards the night before a pay period ends in order to prevent having to cash out bonuses. They do not care if you or your loved ones are sick, time off is incredibly difficult to obtain. The offices are stuffy and fluorescent and never a comfortable temperature. Do not work here.
