Pros

Always something new to work on. No day @ Datis is the same. Work environment is great. Fellow coworkers make work fun.

Cons

Workload can be stressful at times, however, it comes with the territory. If you are able to handle stress, manage your time and work independently, you will be successful.

The day you quit DATIS is the best thing that happens to you when you work here!

Cons

The list is so long and I don't want to break the community guidelines, but if this company makes you an offer of employment RUN,,,,, SPRINT… in another direction…. do not waste any time working for this company….

Flexibility, relaxed work environment. Office is in great location

Cons

Repetitive tasks. You won't really learn much about anything. Given lots of busy work. Management sometimes plays favorites.
