Pros

Pay was ok - company paid for Medical

Horrible place to be - extremely depressing. Previous positive ratings are from employees that have positions that do not require interaction with the horrible management and owner. Owner has severe social issues and treats people horrible. Makes them feel useless and stupid. Very depressing waking at 3AM stressed out because you have to go back to work in a few hours. Do not socialize while you are there for you are just there to work and that is it. They are attempting to get the "Best Place to work in Tampa" award......if they do.....it was paid for. There is no fun here. No Training. No documentation. You have to go see a developer to get your answers. Do not make a mistake...you do...your gone. Your set up to fail as soon as you are hired.

Pros

Benefits are decent, pay is okay, and for the most part the staff is nice (but socializing seems like it's frowned upon).

Cons

Little to no training makes it very difficult to perform your job. With no documentation, you have to rely on the developer for how the software works. Leadership is very terrible. And, the other negative comments pretty much nail it on the head.

Pros

I felt I needed to write a review after noticing three of the negative reviews were written by the same person. DATIS is a small, but rapidly expanding company. It is a great company to work for as you can see the impact your work has on the growth of the company, unlike at a larger firm. The atmosphere is very collaborative, there is no micro-managing, casual, fun, and sort of family like.

Cons

It is a small company and there is a lot of learning for all employees as we expand and try to become more efficient.
