No Architecture, No Design documents, No documentation about domain knowledge, No UML Class diagrams etc, No coding standards,No process, No career growth, Role definition is a joke in this company. Micromanagement to the core. They follow agile/scrum methodology that no where in the world follows. They will hire VP's or directors and expect wonders within three to six months else gets fired! If you are hiring for those roles then say NO, you won't fit in this culture. If you are coming from real corporate world with process oriented then this is not right company for you. They don't have patience to go process oriented as they focus on quantity type of work instead quality. If you want work like writing some stored procedure and display data in UI then you can try your luck!
