Pros
Felt compelled to rate DATIS (currently DATIS HR Cloud, Inc) after happening upon another review. I find working here to be very rewarding, both in compensation and in the ability to make a significant impactful as part of fast-growing company. DATIS is an innovative company with a great product- it is exciting to be part of the company at this time as we grow exponentially and are moving to a new office space with lots of perks in a few weeks. The work environment is very casual, collaborative, and committed- feels like a team. Benefits seem to be above average in my opinion with 100% employer paid medical, 401k plan matching, and unlimited PTO. We can take time off as needed, work from home or other locations, and can shift our schedules to fit our work style.
