Pros

DATIS is unique in that we aim to find people to fit into our culture, not just capable of the job. When prospective candidates are going through the interview and hiring process, our team looks for people who would be a great addition to our collaboration and atmosphere. We spend a lot of time together, so we make sure we have fun while we are at work. The Support staff and Dev team work closely together to accomplish tasks and provide for our clients. We are a growing company with purpose and it's truly a privilege to be a part of this family.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's a con all around, but we do work hard and always have more work to do. No getting bored.

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear that you felt it was a good internship! We are always working to evolve our internship program so that it is valuable for both the intern and our company. Part of that evolution was increasing our intern pay rate from $14/hour to $15/hour earlier in 2019, far above minimum wage. We strive to have our interns complete meaningful work that impacts the department and organization.
