DATIS is a fast-growing company that truly cares about its employees and the nonprofit industry that it serves. As an employee of nearly 3 years, I've been able to see the gradual and positive change the company has been making in processes of recruiting, onboarding, and specifically employee engagement. Upper management has recently surveyed employees to see what they care about in regards to company culture, benefits, and work experience and has implemented changes to its policies and improvements to the benefit package, such as student debt repayment and an FSA. DATIS employees know how to work hard, together, to improve our product and also make time to celebrate the big and small wins. If you're thinking about taking a position here or applying for one, my recommendation is to absolutely do so because the people are great to work with and the job is definitely fulfilling. Despite some of the unfair reviews, DATIS is overall a great company with great people.

Great atmosphere and management. The company culture allows employees to work in an environment where they can focus on their work and be a part of a team that encourages individual as well as organizational growth.
