      Pros

      Very friendly company that seems to genuinely care for the people that work for it.

      Cons

      They have been promising the same updates being made to company policies for years now and still nothing. If you aren't a traditional employee (as in not a government contractor employed by Dawson), you are treated far better.

      Competitive salary, excelent benefits, no micromanaging. Company focus on family values versus profit. Laid-back company culture. Some people in management are the good-old boy type.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between corporate offices and company personnel located at customer sites. Most people in middle management positions do not have management experience nor management training.
