      Pros

      Government contracting experience. Networking. Fairly decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      They promote the ohana culture, but they don't mean it. They do not care in the least about you or your family. Very unorganized accounting department. Very slow to pay subcontractors and vendors.

      Pros

      Good people to work with, both on the Government side and contractor side. Leadership is driven to grow company portfolio. Fair amount of opportunities for growth and skill advancement; consistently challenging and evolving environment. Employer pays for annual membership to Costco.

      Cons

      1-year waiting period to receive 401(k) match (3%) is a slight knock. Annual uncertainty when the advisory services contract is up for renewal; always a worry that another bid is selected for award and offers cut-rate salaries and benefits to existing employees. Not Dawson's fault, just the nature of the game.
