      Nothing long hours lot of lazy people they get rid of all the good hard workers and leave the lazy management is horrible human resource is a joke since Kim left the guy that took over for hr Theo is a joke all he does is flirt with gurls

      Management sucks human resources is a joke he should of been fire for how he acts alot of favoritism money wise they don't pay good for what we do

      Pros

      Good pay but get it up front because raises are not garanteed. Possibility for advancement & growth. Casual atmosphere which is really nice, not stuffy. Younger employees mostly in their 30's. Overall good people and cool staff.

      Cons

      Heavy hours, raises are not guaranteed or impressive. You will work OT but that is a industry norm. More time spent here than at home. Department issues can affect more than they should. Some leadership is great and others are terrible.
