      The coworkers and team dynamic in my department of 4.

      Cons

      Lack of help from the rest of Air Export Department. Not much a “team player” vibe amongst the rest of the team. Tend to look the other way while we were gasping to catch our breath. Felt almost exploited for being efficient, capabilities and willingness without compensation in the time working there.

      There are nice hardworking people at Schenker

      Cons

      Management is shady. Lots of cliques and lots of family and friends hired with no thoughts of keeping good employees. its like a popularity contest for the managers. many are overworked and underpaid no raises for three years bad employees stay the longest because they are protected by bad managers and then they quit leaving good employees to clean up months of work
