Great group of people. Good culture and nice work environment.

Benefits need improving and this has been a really tough area of the real estate business.

Pros

Flexible hours and small work environment with manager. I was able to work with a lot of different people with commercial real estate customers and other brokers.

Cons

Unorganized- I had a lot of customers complain about us and was unable to provide any solutions.
