Pros

Flexible hours and small work environment with manager. I was able to work with a lot of different people with commercial real estate customers and other brokers.

Cons

Unorganized- I had a lot of customers complain about us and was unable to provide any solutions.

Pros

Smart engineers on staff. Good product portfolio. Nice facilities, including your own office and private parking lot. No hassle dealing with down town traffic.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Complete micromanagement. High turnover. Short leash to stay, and if you are able to succeed, your success acts a detriment against you.
