Were a leader, now a slow follower

Pros

Decent pay but comp plans change far too often.

Cons

DDS, once a thought leader in the industry, now a distant follower losing big clients each year. Sr. leadership doesn't seem to care about their client abandonment and there is no push to innovate to keep up with new innovations. More a hardware oriented culture. Uber put the dagger in their business.

This is a stable company. Many employees work over 10 years. Exciting technologies and fun place to work.

Cons

Lack of career advancement opportunities. 3 weeks paid vacations is too short.
