Pros
It's a company that has proven it's value in the marketplace. The last few years have seen significant change in strategy, discipline, performance management and growth, definitely with growing pains. It's a completely different company from my early days here. Overall, the company has done a good job of hiring cultural fits with the needed skills and managing others out, although it's been rough at times. It's a huge market and we have the solutions to really make an impact. I expect the pace to continue to pick up. I like the environment and the location. It's a friendly vibe in the office.
Cons
Change is hard and even though I largely support the evolution we've gone through, there have been moments that were challenging. I think we need to be better at meetings and at times I think we are spread to thin, trying to do too much.
