Pros
It pains me to write this review but I feel responsible for those who are considering joining this company. I loved this company. At the beginning, it was one of the best companies I had worked for. People were genuinely nice. Respect for work life balance and some very smart, hardworking people to work with. The motto was to hire the best and stay out of the employee’s way so they could get the job done and they did. Fast forward to today where leadership took care of almost all that was positive. I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from and which teams those people claiming they love their jobs work in (hard to hide in such a small company). The entire sale team has changed (laid off or left, with almost 40% turnover rate) during last year. People in all sorts of ranks and positions have left, replaced and left again, IT, developers, BAs, sales, accountants, project managers, etc. Leadership, generally has an emotional fit over any concerns raised by employees and actively promotes yes-men. I have yet to see a company whose HR was so much disliked by employees. People are promoted to the rank of VPs with non existence merit and competent people are demoted (and eventually leave). It was really sad to watch all this. Pros: Unlimited PTO and some of the good people who are left
