Pros

People are genuinely nice. Respect of work/life balance. Unlimited PTO and no guilt as long as you get your work done and plan ahead when possible. Positive reinforcement and respectful constructive criticism so you can grow in your role. People are respectful of your time; meetings happen when they are supposed to happen and your time isn't wasted. Empowerment to make decisions and not be micromanaged. Smart people who work hard. Happy hour at 3pm every Friday!

Cons

Culture is a bit subdued. People work hard and don't socialize very much. Benefits are good but could be better.

Pros

Great benefit package, from insurance to PTO. Causual environment. Great management team who encourages growth, if that's what you want. Great place for advancement. I have received a promotion in a short period of time. If you're a go getter and looking for a career, this is the place as they do hire within and offer advancement opportunities within.

Cons

Heavy work loads at times, but the team jumps in and ensures all is done. If you're trying to watch your figure, it is not the place to be... donuts show up frequently!

dress code, mostly friendly people

Cons

They treat any employee trying to further their career outside of this company as though they are worthless and never allow them to complete their notice period. Sad really
