Although the company has been around for 20 years, it's only recently that it has become a true SaaS software company. It has a startup vibe and a collaborative culture. Good benefits for the size of company including 401K matching and unlimited PTO. Lots of growth opportunities and talented people. You get to wear a lot of hats and learn new skills since it is a smaller company. They are open to trying new things and are focused on making their customers happy. Great place to be if you like a lot of variety and challenge in your day.

It's a company that has proven it's value in the marketplace. The last few years have seen significant change in strategy, discipline, performance management and growth, definitely with growing pains. It's a completely different company from my early days here. Overall, the company has done a good job of hiring cultural fits with the needed skills and managing others out, although it's been rough at times. It's a huge market and we have the solutions to really make an impact. I expect the pace to continue to pick up. I like the environment and the location. It's a friendly vibe in the office.
