Small company, lots of opportunity for growth within. Friendly, open work place. Great benefits program including nearly unlimited PTO

Small company is still learning and has some organization and structures that could be more efficient.

Pros

There have been some positive changes in the organization that has changed the culture. The negative reviews stem from individuals that were let go. It makes me sad to see anything negative posted. Please consider the sources. Read reviews from current employees to get the best reflection. I have been with Delaget for over a year. I love what I do and I love the direction we are headed.

Sales are popping and we need more bodies!~ Great con to have!
