I'll start by saying that the entire sales team was replaced two times while I was there (less than 2 years). Since leaving it's been replaced a third time. The product just doesn't sell. It's a low impact offering being peddled to even lower margin customers. But this review isn't about sales. I just point that out so you if you hear nothing else in this review, hear that this company is a sinking ship on fire. If you want a little more gas on that fire then know that in Q4 2017 they had 48+ hours of complete downtime. One stretch was 24 hours long. This is a website. When you're down, you have no business. This happened because they were cutting corners everywhere they could, until they couldn't. But let's say that it was a healthy company with a good value proposition. I would still strongly recommend avoiding it. Why? Because it's like high school all over again. The office is an open space design done in the worst way possible. It's a former warehouse with high ceilings and little carpet. Now line up rows and rows of tables. No walls or dividers. This is a cafeteria folks. In this cafeteria there are more politics being played than at a company five times as large. The management along "the wall" will stab you in the back and then smile the other way. You have to be careful what you say and to whom lest you offend anyone along that wall. Management will say that they are straightforward and welcome ideas. Then you will get town halls where financial data is hidden, loss of clients/employees are not discussed, and bringing up alternative proposals gets you in hot water. The CEO is very old fashioned. He won't give you the time of day. The type that thinks anyone below the executive level has nothing valuable to add. It's like he doesn't realize that he is running a small company. If you want to meet with him directly you have to have another member of management in the room. Oh, and if you want to be well paid then forget about it. I was given a less than 3% raise and told that they really wanted to keep me. I believe them because a lot of other people didn't even get a raise! The health care plan is the worst I've ever seen. 401k match is paltry with a long vest period. In other words, the money isn't even there to put up with the drama. Did I mention that their information security policy is comical at best? They are literally one lawsuit away from going out of business. Let's hope that none of their customers find out how their sensitive data is being handled. The justification for kicking the can down the road? Budget! PS: This is for the St. Louis Park office. Their Nixa office is chaos in comparison I've heard. Amazing to imagine.

Like a previous review, I'd like to call your attention to the trend of there being a positive review following a negative review. Trust me, the company and office are small enough that I can assure you, HR is posting fake reviews to try and counter the negative reviews. Do not be misled by these reviews. This company probably won't exist a year or two from now, at least in its current state, with the current leadership team. Employees are starting to realize this is a sinking ship. HR has done a terrible job of recruiting/retaining qualified people. The feedback from customers is that the product is worthless. There is someone on the sales team who is toxic to the environment and treats others with incredible disrespect, but nobody will stand up to this person because they're buddies with the CEO. The open office is horrible, whoever's idea this was really dropped the ball. The workspace is essentially a row of tables where you're shoulder-to-shoulder with your neighbor, with no walls or privacy.
