Pros

Exciting and in demand product that’s gaining a lot of traction. Awesome people to work with. Very collaborative place with people truly willing to help each other.

Cons

There is a lot of knowledge amongst those who have been there for a long time. Some of the processes have not been documented which makes it challenging for newer folks. There is a ton of focus on scalability though and ironing out these kinks .

Pros

Really great workplace with great leadership. They've handled COVID really well. They hire great managers. In sales, leadership is equipped to level up your career.

Cons

They're building a new market, there are challenges to overcome. The work isn't easy, there is always more to do. They value work/life balance, but work needs to progress.

As a college student it was really important to me that I gather knowledge about my degree before heading into it full time. I was very fortunate that Delaget has an intership program for college students looking for a jump start in their career. I have been learning so much in the short time that I have been here. I feel I have learned more being in this role than I have sitting in the classroom. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge at Delaget.

Cons

I wish I would have found this opportunity sooner!
