      Pros

      Liked my job, when you didn't have to keep doing someone else's job.

      Cons

      Destructive atmospheres, the higher ups won't believe your truth of your not minority or from another country.

      Not at terrible place to work but many hurdles to overcome

      Most of the staff is good to work with and willing to collaborate with each other

      Cons

      There are some leader who have some good ideas but do not know how to make them work. Also they are still struggling to get consistent productivity out of their Tennessee location and have had a lot over turnover on their Leaership/Executive team based on poor individual decisions.

      Cons

      Management and hr from the top on down cover up each other's short comings and lack of sense. Unfortunately the only ones to pay the price for their inability is the ones actually doing the work on the floor. Don't bother caring about your performance or the customer because they don't.
