The business culture is slow-reacting, if it's still limping don't fix it. For example main accounting software is 17 years old and the company is very slow with back filling.

I can go on and on forever, but just let me say this: if you value your mental health and your career, this place is not for you.

Production Staff are the greatest people to work with.

Cons

Management doesn't have a clue want they are doing. Inventory is a mess, racking system is not well thought–out, and no rf scanners.
