      - Growth opportunities are available, but internal candidates are often overlooked - Executive team not as easily accessible at the plant level - Global position will include many early morning and late calls to accommodate co-workers overseas

      Absent vision. 6 Presidents in just over 10 yrs. Get in ,cut costs and boost your bonus and salary, seems to be the objective. Most recent president was a narcisisstic, self absorbed dictator. Nobody in the executive ranks seemed to have the guts to take on his absurd vision. He managed thru intimidation.
