      Pleasant co-workers, decent benefits, free coffee

      Cons

      Managements inability to hire plant managers, current plant manager, Jason Cantu doesn’t value employees, people don’t matter, very toxic personality.

      Competitive pay scale, visible efforts at improving the culture, some structure and stability within the corporate office that attempts to aid the local facilities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward mobility at the facility level and local management needs more leadership training that is tangible and people focused.

      Pros

      Good place to work. Great Insurance . 12 Holiday.

      Cons

      10 min breaks. Employee turnover. Takjng away of benefits. Not following any set procedures on a consistent basis or create new processes to put in place ineffective ones. Don't label products to identify properly. Make lots of changes but never fix the problem.
