      Good pay Most co-workers are great

      Cons

      Where to start???? * Poor management * Poor Heath Insurance * Lack of leadership throughout the company * Lack of quality * very long lead times is now a standard for many products and that is exceptable to most upper managers. * Poor website, hard to use. * HR is difficult to deal with most of the time.

      Pros

      If you care about what you do then don't be at DESTACO. The quality has gone out the door. The management and HR don't care. And you just deserve better. It started great here in Tennessee, but it's going down quickly. Dover needs to clean house and start over.
