Pros

If you can stick it out you get a $500 bonus every 6 months and when you meet your monthly sales quota you are generally left alone

Cons

Poor management, co-workers that will borderline harass you and nothing is done about it, employee mistreatment, not many opportunities to move up within company. Always be selling a loan or line of credit to the customer even if it hurts them in the long run, just make it sound like you're looking out for them cuz you gotta keep them sales numbers up
