Gainshare in January, and if you are part time you get a supplement every six months that can be up to $1000.

Cons

Some branch managers can be rude, but I feel like you get that in any environment.

Excellent pay and benefits. Lots of long term employees.

Due to longevity of employees, can be hard to move up the ranks.
