Good company if you're looking for banker/loan officer jobs

Pros

Positive environment. Room to move up the ladder if you're ambitious. Company cares about employees' work-life balance.

Cons

Conservative company - suit and tie M-F if you're member-facing (can get tiring after a while), have to wear long sleeves if you have tattoos on your arms, etc. Banking environment - tons of policies and procedures you have to follow, not a lot of room to make your own decisions (by-the-book), consistent repetitive training videos/sessions you have to keep current (legal/protocol purposes). Not necessarily bad as long as you know what you're getting into.
