Management needs to see their employees as a valued part of the company, not a means to an end. Also, there is little room for growth.

DFCU is very honest and upfront that they are a sales company, if you can meet and/or exceed your sales goals you will be rewarded financially and be very happy in your position.

Cons

At times it can feel that sales are more important than the member. You have to try and find a way to make it about helping the membership or you will be miserable asking the same people to move business to you repeatedly.
