      All of my co-workers are amazing, the manager is the BEST manager I have ever had, dress code is not SUPER strict, get off early enough to still have a life

      Sometimes the days seem very long if it is not busy, but that is not the companies fault!

      Pros

      They have great staff appreciation events, and they treat employees well. They offer good pay and Benefits, lots of incentives. Lots of opportunities for growth. The leadership is very good as well. They provide lots of feedback.

      Cons

      Only in Michigan, not good if you plan on transferring out of state. It may be too slow paced for you depending on the position. Other than that I have no complaints.
