      Work with great people. The company wants you to succeed. Support if you look for it. Great benefits for a part time job. Great compensation for what the job is.

      Cons

      Company is slow to adapt tech-wise. Not much else.

      The CU puts both its members and its employees first. The CEO strives to make everyone happy and knows almost everyone by name!

      Better technology but I know that takes some time.

      Pros

      Excellent organizational leadership. Mark Shobe is a great CEO that really tries to connect with all employees. Great colleagues--can become like family. Loved the years I spent working for DFCU Financial. This is a growing organization and a bright spot in Michigan.

      Cons

      The HQ is a bit outdated for the size of the organization. Investment in technology is not always a high priority, but getting better.
