They paid higher than the median.

Cons

Management quality was a major concern during my time here. I experienced inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and decision-making that sometimes felt influenced by favoritism rather than performance. This affected team morale and trust. Growth opportunities felt limited unless you were in certain circles. They like to pretend that they care about their employees but they do not. I honestly don't understand how this company still stay in business.
