Global employment opportunities, top three industry employer, competative benefits, above average compensation, a company willing to address inferior management and personalities, very global in its communications and partnerships, willing to take a stance, long term employees abound within the organization
Cons
currently paying for poor decisions made several years ago to take over Airborne, taking too long to weed out poor managers at all levels, allowing inept sr leaders to take us in the wrong direction without challenging their motives, lack of integrity at times, HR not supportive of efforts to bring in needed talent to take the business to the next level
