Pros

Big, Strong and Stupid. Global presence, Strong Net work, but terrible Strategies. They could have been great but just made to many tactical errors with their systems and what employees they would prop up.

Pros

No experience necessary. Inexperienced management. No Rules . Often referred to as "The Do What You Want to Do Department"

Cons

No training to speak of however management would love to see astronomical numbers.

Pros

Flexible schedule , decent benefits as far as PTO and 401k, only 60 day probationary period, mini convenience store on premises, major fast food chain brings restaurant to premises 2x/wk

Cons

The mgr I worked for was very "ghetto" and made it less than a professional environment. Some coworkers as well, but majority were very friendly. Work load was heavy but doable, depending on the person. Schedule flexible, pay was decent, but could be better based on workload. My time there was "ok" so I could not recommend or deter a friend from applying. All I can say is the environment is somewhat high school and if you are an attractive, friendly female, you may have problems with certain female coworkers and mgr described above. If you can look above the pettiness, you may be ok...or better yet, be placed in a different department.
