Dear colleague, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and for being with DHL for more than 5 years. We really appreciate that. We’re glad you value the team, the benefits, and the flexibility that have existed over the past few years. We also hear and understand the frustration around the recent message on mobile work. For many colleagues, flexibility has become part of daily life since the pandemic, and change can understandably feel disappointing or even conflicting with what we’ve promoted before. The intention behind the update isn’t to step away from work-life balance or trust, but to strengthen collaboration, connection, and development by spending more time together in person. Something we believe makes a real difference in how we work and grow at Express. That said, we know one size doesn’t fit all, which is why individual situations can still be discussed with managers.
