If you don't want to work overtime you are always mandatoried no matter what. Sure there may be a few good benefits, but working 12 hours a day and also having to worry about being mandatoried rather than spending time with your family, it's not enough. Most underpaid and underappreciated forklift drivers in the state. WMS system is a joke, and the management is always threatening workers with termination if we don't follow procedures to a T. No communication between management and supervisors.

This is a 3PL which means it is your job to make your customer happy. To that end, there is little respect for work-life balance. The customer is always #1 priority to the detriment of the hourly associates and management. Schedules changing on a moment's notice was a normal occurrence. As management, expect to work 12-16 hours a day, 20-30 days in a row during peak volume times. It can be very hard on you and your family so a high level of commitment is a must. Be sure you have anticipated what you are getting into before you start.
