Pros

- Fast paced, fun environment. - Working with similar minded coworkers who enjoy the same things you do. - Friendly competitiveness in the work place makes it all fun. - Company invests a lot in training programs.

Cons

- High turn over rate. - Numerous projects with insane deadlines. - Little recognition for accomplishments in the store outside of sales or metrics. - Lack of communication between what the Store Manager, District Manager and Regional Manager all want done in one store. - Very little hands on training.

Pros

Good co workers and I had a few good managers. Enjoy working with sports and its something you do every day

Cons

Most managers thought they were better than a lot of people and a lot of the times barely did any work. Dont enjoy the variability of the hours, one week its 35 hours the next it might be 12.

Pros

This position is seriously the easiest job. You stand in one spot all day and repeat yourself. You occasionally answer the phone and transfer calls, and also guild people in the right direction for their purchases. If you don't mind being bored, this position is for you.

Cons

Management will constantly be on you about doing your job correctly, even if you are! They will watch you and listen to everything you do by, "hiding". You get trained for ONE DAY, and they expect you to know exactly what to do, and when you have questions about something, they get mad because your bothering them while they sit in the back with the other managers. And then, if you screw up, they get angry, and this is because no one is ever trained properly. This position, really isn't as effective as what the managers think. Alls you do your whole shift is say, "Hi, how are you. What brings you in today?" But saying "what brings you in today", sometimes makes customers uncomfortable and angry because they dont want to be bothered. I believe greeting is ineffective.
