Getting to share my knowledge and passion for the sport with customers to match them with the best equipment for their game, coworkers are fun, relatively flexible scheduling, employee discount isn't bad

Cons

Covering other departments on breaks due to short staffing, associates overworked and underpaid, hours promised in the interview stage never materialized, management places way too much importance on credit card signups, little opportunity for career advancement, work/life balance can be an issue
