All around enjoyable experience, I have worked for the company throughout my four years of college, and will be sad to leave in may when I graduate. positive team building atmosphere, lots of opportunities for positive customer interaction, fast paced at times.

Cons

Not very easy to move up within the company.

You get incentives for having customers apply for credit cards and buying warranties. I believe it's $4 for a credit card and 10% of the warranty price.

Cons

The employee discount is only 10% or 25% off certain items and 0% for others. The discount could be better given the markup percentage for a lot of items.

Like-minded co-workers Decent discount (25% on apparel, 10% on hardline goods) Opportunity to work with equipment YOU enjoy Get some decent customers

Cons

Understaffed almost constantly (you will have to cover other departments) Incompetent co-workers and management at times High turnover rate Pay isn't fantastic (fight for your wage, they WILL try to screw you) Understandably rude customers due to lack of inventory, long lines at checkout, etc., etc. Apathetic co-workers, especially in college towns No clear goals (management was changing constantly) Opaque management
