Pros

You get to own your own book of business and cool SDR colleagues.

Cons

Terrible SDR manager. Always changing everything. Never got paid for comission for months. They need to fix a lot of in this company. No growth path whatsoever.

Pros

I worked at DISCO for 1.5 years out of undergrad and it was such a great job post grad! Hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, but the best part was the people. Such great people who thrive in creating a competitive, challenging, yet empowering environment.

Cons

Monthly quotas are tough, but fun challenge!

Pros

Working with a small SDR team and great accounts can mean more money in your pocket and a good growth experience. Great direct managers in the Austin and New York offices aswell. Great work life balance between time off and work done once you’ve managed to get good at the job.

Cons

Company has no idea what to do with SDRs. Leadership is attempting to fix department and reorganize things. Austin office vibes are completely dead given that the AE team is only there twice a week and SDRs are required to go 3 times a week.
