Current VP of Engineering and Chief Product Officer do not get along, no matter how fervently they try to gas light. Pay has suffered - no one had bumps in pay for 2023, so everyone took a pay cut due to inflation. They then gave minimal 3% increases to the vast majority of folks saying it was generous (they basically matched inflation so they made everyone whole from 2022 - not a pay raise). Benefits are meh. They've made progress to improve benefits, but they're still well behind the offerings of other tech companies.
