Lots of pressure and intimidation from management, lack of flex-time even for remote work.

Pros

Lots of growth opportunity for engineers: many different greenfield projects cropping up all the time and an engaged set of senior managers who allow you to experiment with the latest technology (graphql, node, elastic, AWS, etc...).

Cons

The company culture is still maturing so there are some areas/teams where strong individual personalities can be problematic.
