Pros

Lots of growth opportunity for engineers: many different greenfield projects cropping up all the time and an engaged set of senior managers who allow you to experiment with the latest technology (graphql, node, elastic, AWS, etc...).

Cons

The company culture is still maturing so there are some areas/teams where strong individual personalities can be problematic.

Pros

The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

Cons

Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.
